Seeks help on preparing help files

Hello sir,
             I am from IIT-Bombay.At present i am developing a toolbox in
scilab for
             communication systems.I need a proper step by step procedure
to generate
             help files.I am facing a lot of difficulty in that.Could you
help me in this matter.
