Could you submit two bug reports ?
We are going to release minor releases like 5.1.1.

We synchronized from launchpad a few days ago (last monday).

We took the last one. 
I believe we should think about a better solution for the work on the
localization. Maybe appoint a localization leader per language which
would say "It is OK for me before a release".
