Poor quality

Hello

Is there something to change in order to get better quality on graphics 
export ?
With the 4.1.2 scilab version, i was plotting  the data and exporting in 
eps, then converting into pdf, you can see the result in graph412.pdf
With the 5.1, the same result is very poor, as you can see it on the 
result in graph51.pdf

I suspect some problems with the fonts ? But don't know where to do it ?

Does anybody can help me ?
