IPD Toolbox. Manual installation problem

My Problem, copying the installed
SCILAB\contrib\archives\IPD-5-0-Windows.zip in a standalone machine and
executing the loader.sce worked on a different machine.

 

My only open question is why the zip included in the Toolboxes download
is very different from the zip archived by ATOMS in the contrib\archives
folder.
