[Scilab-users] scinlopt module install troubles

All,
 
I tried to install the "scinlopt" atoms module ; I've the error message
hereafter on the latest Scilab release (under Windows):

-->atomsSetConfig("offLine","True");
 
-->atomsInstall("D:\my_directory\scinlopt-1.1-1-src.tar.gz")
 !--error 4 
Undefined variable: extract_cmd
at line      76 of function atomsExtract called by :
